In 2007 when I started attending Commission meetings, there was a soft spoken women who would speak at many of the meetings and ask a lot of intelligent important questions about resolutions affecting our property and wallets. She is a retired teacher, who crams a lot of substance in her 3 minute remarks to the County Commission. Each month she studies the Commission packet and when she sees something of concern she prepares her remarks and delivers them eloquently and faithfully month after month.
That lady is Carol Ross and she continues raising important questions to this day, even now as she requires a cane to walk. I mean nothing derogatory in mentioning the cane, quite the opposite.
If a woman with a cane can stand for freedom month after month, why can’t you?
