New Hampshire Adopts Jury Nullification Law

The law is short and sweet.

This is a part of my principles listed on my campaign website.

This law doesn’t actually allow for arguments of law in the presence of the jury though.  Without hearing these arguments, the jury is less likely to judge the law unconstitutional.  Another law needs to be passed requiring that matters of law, except for motions to suppress and motions in limine filled by the defense, be argued in the presence of the jury.

This is a good start though.
