It’s convenient that there was ample error by election workers, because that avoids the issue of whether there were any land deals to create voter eligibility.
In my opinion, there was fraudulent activity as all of the related people of the Vulture Gulch developers all voted at the Pigeon Forge Town Hall precinct, where there was ample cover in the event one of the people deeded property solely for the election were caught by an honest poll worker.
In my opinion, the attorney that works for Bob McManus and prepared all of these deeds to allow the developers friends, family, employees, vendors, and the attorney herself, should be disbarred as the fraud was to allow these people a deed to vote and then have them deed that property back to the business.
I’m sure the FBI, the IRS, and the Tennessee Department of Revenue will have fun with these people’s tax returns when they see these deeds back and forth with no corresponding gift tax filings, state or federal.
Anything to make a buck and these are not people or businesses that live, work, or reside in Sevier County, let alone even in Pigeon Forge.
